Our quinquennial inspection of the 12th-14th century St Mary's Church, Shenley, provided the basis for a comprehensive programme of repairs to the historic parish church. British Standard 7913 recommends regular inspection of historic buildings and comprehensive inspections at 5-year intervals are often the best way to ensure that defects are spotted before they become costly failures.
We also designed a linked church hall in a traditional style sympathetic with the medieval building.
