The rural hamlet of Glanton enjoys a fine landscape setting with panoramic vistas over the Vale of Wittingham. Our report on the conservation area included archival research to establish its medieval form and extensive photography to record its special features and character, including early 19th century standard house specifications, and we identified buildings at risk, in addition to the usual range of factors assessed.
