Whitton, Northumberland

The small, picturesque village of Whitton is centred on an important Vicar's Pele, Whitton Pele Tower. Robin Kent Architecture & Conservation's scoping study included basic archival research and site inspections to highlight the architectural and townscape features and historic interest of the village, and prompted further study with a view to possible designation of Whitton as a conservation crea.
