Mill Restoration

This substantial ruined watermill will make a superb home

We are keen to see disused historic buildings given sustainable new uses that preserve their special character and appearance.

In this example, our design for restoring a ruined water mill as a luxurious new home was granted planning permission following archival historic research to determine the original form of the building, meetings with highways and development control planners and a structural report to ensure that restoration would be feasible and acceptable to the Council.
