Work and Leisure Buildings

Robin Kent Architecture & Conservation has worked with many owners of buildings used for a wide range of work and leisure activities, from the conversion of historic farm buildings to offices and visitor centres, to altering city centre offices, barristers chambers, public houses and hotels.

We enjoy the varied challenges and insights into different activities these projects provide, and aim for solutions that use imaginative contemporary design approaches and the latest technology to enhance the heritage values of existing buildings and ensure they continue to be useful and economically sustainable. Such projects usually include archival research to provide a historic context for the proposals and a firm basis for negotiation with the authorities.
